I know what it feels like to look at the weights section of a gym and feel intimidated. Even after 4 years as a college athlete - I still felt intimidated and overwhelmed by the gym.That's exactly why I became a coach. I love to work with women who are brand new to strength training — women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their bodies — and I give them the guidance, the plan, and the support to actually get there.Strength training changes everything. Not just physically (though that part is pretty incredible) but the confidence that builds when you show up for yourself week after week. The way it spills into every other part of your life. The sense of community that comes from being on a team, working towards something, and feeling genuinely supported. That's what I'm here to build with you. Not just a program — a relationship, a routine, and results that are actually yours.

6-Week Training Program

A complete beginner strength program you can follow at your own pace. Three progressive phases, RPE guide, modification options, and nutrition basics included. Perfect if you want structure without coaching.

12-Week Coached Program

A structured 12-week program with coaching built in. Includes three one-on-one calls, weekly check-ins, and your program loaded into the Everfit app. A defined start and end point — ideal if you want to try coaching without an open-ended commitment.

Personalized Monthly Coaching

Fully personalized training and nutrition coaching that evolves with you every single week. Custom programming, weekly check-ins, monthly coaching calls, and ongoing support. For women who are ready to go all in.
